A warm bath taken before bedtime could help you fall asleep 36% faster, according to the University of Texas.  Don’t make that water too scalding hot.  A bath with a temp of 102-109 Fahrenheit is ideal. How does a bath help you sleep?  Getting out of a warm bath causes your temperature to drop, which is needed to initiate good sleep.  If you don’t have time for a bath, the study finds that a warm shower can also help your sleep.
