The treat has been rolling out in areas including Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Nashville, Seattle, and Dallas. McDonald’s Pumpkin & Creme Pie is a baked, turnover-style pie with a dual filling of pumpkin pie filling and creme and is a seasonal item that some areas offer in the fall.
