Justin Bieber Gives Fans Valentine’s Day Treat With First-Ever TikTok Concert

Justin Bieber announced today (Wednesday) he will be doing his first ever long-form TikTok concert. The concert will take place this Sunday, February 14th. He will be performing the fan favorite album from 2013, Journals. Justin said it is one of his favorite projects and he has never performed material from the album. The album currently has 3 billion streams worldwide.
