Instagram DMs Now Available to Everyone on Desktop

Users can now send and receive private messages on Instagram’s website as of Friday. The feature was previously limited to the mobile app. Testing for desktop DMs began in January after plans for the idea were leaked last year. Instagram said that it hopes the expansion will make it easier for people to stay connected.
