Palm Desert Fourth of July Celebration @ Civic Center Park

Palm Desert celebrates our nation’s independence on Thursday, July 4, with free festivities featuring fireworks, food trucks, live music, and more at Civic Center Park.

The Independence Day fun starts at 7:30 p.m. with the singing of the national anthem, followed by a concert featuring the Swing Cats Big Band performing a variety of classic American swing and big band favorites.

At 9 p.m. the sky will light up with a spectacular 20-minute-long fireworks display synchronized to patriotic-themed songs.

For people who are watching the fireworks away from the amphitheater, the music will be simulcast on Mix 100.5 – The Desert’s Best Mix.
