This smoothie is ripe with nutrients and healthy ingredients to replenish and invigorate your body. 

One of the best things I like about this smoothie is that you can mix and match. As long as you start with the base of spinach, and banana. After those, you can add just about any fruit component you like. Make sure it’s an equal trade-out. A cup for a cup. This nutritious delicious one uses a base of spinach, a liquid, and banana, to that I add pineapple, honeydew melon, cinnamon, matcha green tea,

1 cup raw spinach
1 banana
1 cup, raw pineapple
1 cup, raw honeydew melon
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
1 1/2 cups liquid
approx 2 cups ice

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, or your desired consistency is reached.
