Bakery Donates 1,000 Cakes To Graduates
With many high schools throwing virtual graduations, a lot of seniors are missing out on big celebrations. One bakery in Minnesota is trying to help graduates have a little fun by giving them free cakes. Hanisch Bakery in Red Wing has made and shipped over 1,000 cakes to grads throughout the state. The idea picked up momentum after the bakery made cakes for 200 students at Red Wing High School. Donations have poured in to assist the effort. The bakery has used the money to pay employees during the pandemic. What have you done to help a graduate celebrate this year?
